Testimonials

Erin Hershey is outstanding at providing personalized service and in successfully resolving challenges as they arise.

The buyer made some challenging requirements for the completion of the sale. Through her knowledge of local resources, Erin was successful in meeting and exceeding our needs for the successful completion of the sale. She was warm and effective in our interactions, prompt in communication, and accommodating to our schedules. She is an exemplary agent in her agency. Highly recommend.

Our real estate agent, Erin Hershey, kept us informed and calm throughout the process. And we are very pleased with the offer from the buyers, and outcome.

For us it was a difficult decision to sell. Then starting the process of selling was made even harder by the fact that our neighbors tried to interfere with our sale. Thankfully our agent and the team at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty helped us deal with the difficulties and found a buyer for us in a relatively short amount of time. It a huge relief and we were very pleased with the outcome.
